Job summary

Five Below seeks an experienced manager to lead store operations and guest service. You will supervise crew, train on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure smooth daily activities, including opening/closing procedures and security.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure high-quality service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
