Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role in Atlanta. You will guide crew, ensure a fast, friendly checkout, and support daily store operations to deliver WOW customer service.

Responsibilities include training, opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining stock while driving sales and controlling costs. Must be 18+, with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking to solve problems and improve store operations.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and ensure friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and checkout flow.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty and own store operations when needed.
• Open/close procedures including cash handling, alarms, and security.
