Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with guests.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly check-out.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations, staff, and issues.
• Oversees opening/closing, secures cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance tasks such as cleaning and organizing the stock room.
