Five Below is seeking a customer-focused leader to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and train associates in delivering the BEST customer service experience. You will manage opening/closing, onboarding, and merchandising efforts while ensuring a fast, friendly checkout and clean, organized stock areas.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.

Mansioni

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to ensure items are quickly placed on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and service quality.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery efforts.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room management.
