Job summary

Five Below in Georgia is seeking a capable leader to help direct store operations and deliver a WOW customer experience. You will supervise crew, train staff on the BEST customer service, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout while maintaining floor standards.

This hourly role requires at least one year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities ensuring quality customer service.
• Assist with stock receiving, unpacking, and shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations.
• Open/close store, handle cash, alarms, and security.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses via merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
