Five Below is seeking an energetic manager to wow customers and supervise store associates. You’ll train the crew on the B.E.S.T.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on BEST customer service experience
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective duties
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues
• Manages opening/closing the store, cash, alarms, and daily setup
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses; optimizes merchandising and service
• Performs store maintenance and collaborates with leadership on merchandising
