Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energized hourly crew leader to ensure a WOW customer experience and oversee daily store operations when needed. You will train associates, manage opening/closing procedures, and support merchandising and stock handling to boost sales.

Applicants should have a High School diploma, some college preferred, and at least 1 year of management experience with strong communication skills. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Frequently move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and place/remove up to 5–10 ft.
• Frequently ascend/descend ladders to retrieve/stock.
• Communicate with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Open/close store, secure cash, set alarms for smooth operation.
• Assist onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
