Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to supervise daily store operations, train crew on the BEST customer service, and ensure every guest experiences a fast, friendly checkout.

This role opens and closes the store, manages staff and stock, and partners with the store leadership team to drive sales while controlling expenses. Candidates should be 18+, have a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of management experience. The schedule includes day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and ensures strong customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking items on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and addresses urgent store issues.
• Opens/closes the store, manages cash, and secures the premises.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staffing.
