Job summary

Five Below is seeking an energetic store leader to supervise daily operations, train crew on the customer experience, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

As an hourly team member with at least 1 year of management experience, you will open or close the store, oversee staff, and drive sales while controlling expenses. Competitive starting wage is $11.50 per hour with benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staffing.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
