Job summary

Five Below is looking for a capable leader to oversee store operations and customer service. You will train crew on the BEST experience, supervise daily activities, manage opening/closing routines, and collaborate with leadership on merchandising and performance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of management experience; college experience preferred. You must be 18+ with excellent communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
