Job summary

Apex Waste Solutions in Trinidad, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, billing questions, and service changes with a friendly and professional attitude.

You will support residents, businesses, and municipalities, work Monday through Friday in-office, and contribute to ongoing improvements by identifying trends and suggesting solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.
• Assist with new service setups, account inquiries, billing questions, and service changes.
• Process billing inquiries and payments.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
