Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the reliable voice of the company, turning frustrated calls into resolved issues with a calm, knowledgeable approach.

Under the Customer Service Manager, you will handle calls for residential and commercial clients, manage service changes, billing questions, and data entry while building expertise in waste services.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to use a PC and office equipment confidently.
• Data entry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Field residential and commercial calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Handle service changes, billing questions, cancellations and equipment issues.
• Create and maintain customer profiles in the database.
• Log interactions and respond promptly to inquiries via calls or email.
• Review performance metrics with supervisor and plan growth.
