This full-time, in-office role requires two years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in waste management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person promptly and professionally.
• Assist with new service setups, account inquiries, billing questions, and service changes.
• Process billing inquiries and payments.
• Ensure all customer service activities comply with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints and work to find effective solutions.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to resolve service issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our system.
• Provide a positive and helpful customer experience at all times.
• Identify trends and suggest improvements to services and processes.
• Other job-related duties as assigned
