As part of our team, you’ll develop knowledge of vehicle assessments, inventory processes, and billing while adhering to CarMax standards and EH&S guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and read/transcribe data.
• Teamwork and integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document details for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: printing reports, paperwork, and audits.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for accuracy.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean workspace.
