CarMax Business Services is seeking a Customer Specialist in Training to deliver an iconic customer-first experience across buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. You will learn hands-on in a fast-paced setting, handling sales, appraisals, paperwork, and repair coordination.

The role emphasizes honesty, integrity, and customer focus as you support diverse tasks and collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth process for customers.

Mansioni

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: printing reports, paperwork, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
