You will learn hands-on in a fast-paced setting, guiding customers through financing, paperwork, and service scheduling while upholding CarMax standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow CarMax processes.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Perform vehicle condition assessments for appraisals and communicate findings to Buyers.
• Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
• Conduct cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain transaction paperwork.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair orders for accurate billing.
• Uphold EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
