CarMax Inc. is seeking a Customer Specialist in Training to deliver a customer-first experience throughout buying, selling, and servicing vehicles.

You will guide customers, support appraisals, coordinate service appointments, and ensure accurate paperwork in a fast-paced, team-oriented store environment. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn across vehicle sales, appraisals, and repair order coordination, while maintaining CarMax Quality Standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and accurately read/transcribe data.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service across sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in and daily scanning.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, paperwork, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
