Responsibilities

• Document vehicle conditions accurately for appraisals and communicate findings to Buyers.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork, audits, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review invoices for billing accuracy.
