Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, tests, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document details for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax quality standards.
• Handle paperwork, reporting, and payments with accuracy.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair orders across teams.
