Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses is seeking a Customer Service Representative to bridge the gap between customers’ expectations and delivery reality. You will schedule deliveries, process payments, and address questions while maintaining a friendly, professional touch in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work with a small team to strengthen the customer shopping experience and advocate for customers’ concerns, with logistics support and cross-training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Consistently provide genuine, friendly, personable and professional service.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Support sales and operations team members to advocate for customer concerns.
