Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the White Plains area to bridge the gap between customers’ dreams and reality by coordinating deliveries and payments while addressing inquiries with professionalism.

You will work independently and in small teams to enhance the customer shopping experience, provide friendly service, and support sales and operations across shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in person and on the phone.
• Demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
