Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan in Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. You will assist customers with scheduling their deliveries and managing payments while addressing questions and concerns.

You will work both independently and in a small team to strengthen the vision of an exceptional shopping experience, and you will adapt to a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
