Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based scheduling systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Identify customer needs through active listening and probing questions; resolve concerns.
• Update customer database with accurate information and outcomes.
• Support field technicians by coordinating appointments to minimize drive time.
