Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver friendly service, resolve returns, and support order pickup. You will process transactions accurately and mentor new hires on the register, while maintaining store policy and a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with customers, peers, and leaders.
• Proficiency with multiple operating systems including Windows, iOS and Android.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and deliver POS/register training to onboard new hires.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver seamless, friendly service by understanding customer needs and owning interactions from start to finish.
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
• Process transactions accurately using POS and store systems.
