Job summary

Camping World Englewood, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You will handle orders, respond to inquiries, and help customers with product information while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work 7:00am–6:00pm including weekends. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience; call center experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Strong decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs.
• Ability and desire to learn about marine, watersports, hunting, camping and fishing product lines.
• Ability to work a schedule between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer interactions (phone calls, emails and live chats) and responds to customer requests
• Assist customers with order entry and order status calls
• Recognize and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls
• Recommend new ideas for process improvements
• Build rapport with customers by using a courteous, friendly and professional manner
• Various special projects, as assigned
• Completes other duties as assigned
