Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them and setting a positive tone for their experience at the front desk.

Responsibilities include guiding VIP appointments, coordinating calls, and maintaining CRM records while providing reliable support to the team. The role emphasizes initiative, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong initiative with leadership ability and taking charge when needed.
• Reliable team player with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers.
• Set tone for a positive customer experience.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s).
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in our CRM.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day.
• Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk.
