Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and to greet visitors, setting a positive tone for every interaction. You will direct customers to the appropriate team member and coordinate front desk activities, including handling calls and tracking sales in the CRM.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong initiative and leadership abilities, with the ability to take charge when needed.
• Reliable and a team player with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and respond to a diverse client base.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
• Greet visitors and set a positive first impression.
• Direct customers to appropriate team members and coordinate front desk activities.
• Answer and route incoming calls and track sales calls in the CRM.
