Job summary

Camping World in the United States is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, greeting visitors and setting a positive tone at the front desk. You will coordinate front desk activities and direct customers to the appropriate team member, while maintaining CRM records for incoming calls.

The role requires a high school education, prior customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and reliability as a team member.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers.
• Greet and welcome customers.
• Set tone for a positive customer experience.
• Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to the appropriate team member(s).
• Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls.
• Track incoming sales calls in our CRM.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every day.
• Assist customers with any questions directed to the reception desk.
