O’Neal Manufacturing Services (OMS) is hiring for a customer support role in Houston, TX. You will handle multi‑channel customer inquiries, assist with E‑Commerce reporting, and support the sales team in expediting orders to ensure timely shipments.

The ideal candidate will have MS Office proficiency, ERP exposure, strong organization, and a bilingual English/Spanish skill set. Relevant degree or experience is required; this position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
• Experience with ERP system, preferred.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 2- or 4-year degree, or equivalent experience, required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via web chat, phone and/or email.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales.
• Assist sales representatives in expediting and follow‑up of orders.
• Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.
• Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.
• Quality Responsibility: Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
• Review receiving reports to ensure accuracy.
• Build loads.
• Print and file bill of lading (BOL) and shipping documents.
• Enter in scrap orders.
• Entering information into customer portals, as necessary.
• Looking for orders to ensure they ship on time.
