Qualifikationen

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service and order management or related environment.
• Experience in food distribution or related industry preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inboxes, orders, inquiries across channels.

Aufgaben

• Support customer service, order management, and e-commerce processes across brands.
• Respond to inquiries professionally and coordinate issue resolution.
• Process and manage orders via ERP/EDI, portals, and manual entry.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations to improve customer experience.
