Job summary

Omega Environmental Technologies in Irving, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers, sales, purchasing, and internal teams. You will manage orders, provide product and technical assistance, and help ensure accurate and timely processing.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with experience in ERP/BC or similar systems a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and collaborate with internal teams.
Proficient computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems and EDI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Process quotes and orders by phone, email, and online portals.
Verify pricing, product availability, backorders, and ETAs.
Build strong customer relationships and resolve inquiries.
Provide product and technical support, including cross-referencing and application assistance.
Support inside and outside sales with inquiries, promotions, reports, forecasts, and pricing.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Shipping, Warehouse, Accounting, IT, and others to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Process RMAs, credits, and Certificates of Compliance as needed.
Maintain customer accounts and portals.
Assist with EDI issues and BC testing/training.
Support collections and other team needs as assigned.
