Job summary

Omni Staffing seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative focused on Order Entry to support accurate processing and timely fulfillment. You will enter orders, resolve discrepancies, and respond to pricing and shipping inquiries while collaborating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service or order entry experience and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, order entry or office support experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft 365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Verify order accuracy including pricing, quantities and shipping details.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders and lead times.
• Process order changes, backorders, returns, freight estimates and shipping docs.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Shipping, Warehouse, Accounting and Sales to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
