Job summary

Vibration Mountings and Controls Inc in Houston, TX is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who reports to the Sr. Customer Service Manager.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing orders, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and the OEM network. You will collaborate across Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing, verify POs, estimate delivery times, run daily reports, and maintain CRM/ERP records.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Provide pricing information as needed and communicate production updates.
• Document customer changes and coordinate updates through production.
• Manage day-to-day activities for assigned accounts and verify purchase orders.
• Estimate delivery timelines and track orders through production.
• Monitor status for fulfillment, shipping, and logistics.
• Maintain records in CRM and ERP; run daily reports for order status.
