TitleMax is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Albany, GA to support the Store Operations team and help drive customer satisfaction. You will educate customers through the loan or pawn cycle, manage payments and appointments, and build relationships to grow business.

You will handle vehicle appraisals, enter data in POS, and ensure compliance with all policies. This role requires in-person, full-time work including some Saturdays.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.
• Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and light lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations based on their financial needs.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments.
• Meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and hosting in-store and community events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the Point-of-Sale system with accuracy and integrity.
• Uphold compliance with Company policies and laws and regulations.
• Maintain office security protocols and manage vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
• Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment and handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and Team Members at all levels.
• Commit to full-time in-person work, including limited Saturday hours (40 hours/week).
