Qualifications

• 4+ years experience preferred
• High School education
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact, handling calls and written correspondence to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter orders, handle requests and provide timely, professional support.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls and assist with product selection.
• Coordinate requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
