Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests and providing timely, professional support. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure total satisfaction.

In this role you will answer calls, manage written correspondence, assist with product selection, pricing, expediting, billing and claims, and help drive sales on inbound calls.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on an ongoing basis to ensure total satisfaction.
• Enter orders and handle requests in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
• Handle inbound calls and written correspondence with follow-up on issues.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
