Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact and liaison for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will interact with customers, enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, courteous support.

You will handle calls and written correspondence, support product selection, and coordinate service requests including pricing, billing, expediting and credits. The role emphasizes high-quality customer experiences and teamwork within Graybar.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers.
• Comfort handling a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Retail or counter sales experience is preferred by the employer.
• A High School diploma is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
• Enter orders and maintain accurate customer records.
