Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will enter orders, handle requests and provide timely, professional, courteous support, while promoting Graybar goods over inbound calls.

We value strong communication and a passion for customer service, with 2+ years experience preferred and a high school education; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred. Shift is Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• High School education required.
• Two- or four-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
