Job summary

Graybar Electrical Company, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction.

You will enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, professional support while promoting Graybar goods and services on inbound calls. The role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage various customer situations with tact.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle requests and provide support in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written correspondence with follow-up on issues.
• Assist in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
