Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory, check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: reports, paperwork, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review invoices for accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
