Job summary

You will handle vehicle appraisals, paperwork, service coordination, and teamwork across departments to ensure a smooth, customer‑focused experience. The role includes a monthly bonus tied to store performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, tests, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document details for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: printing reports, paperwork, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
