Qualifications

• Excellent communication while representing CarMax.
• Ability to build relationships and create win‑win solutions for customers.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and read/transcribe data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, tests, and financing applications.
• Perform accurate vehicle condition assessments and document for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Conduct cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports and processing paperwork.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep a clean, safe work area.
