You will support appraisals, vehicle sales, paperwork, and repair coordination in a fast-paced environment while upholding CarMax values of honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document details for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes, including vehicle check-in and daily scanning.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports and maintaining paperwork.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for accuracy.
