CarMax in Mays Landing, NJ is seeking a Customer Specialist in Training to deliver a world-class, customer-first experience across vehicle sales, appraisal, and service support. You’ll perform checks, coordinate appointments, manage paperwork, and collaborate across teams to maintain a smooth, customer-focused process and a commitment to CarMax

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during sales, appraisals, tests, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in and daily scanning.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle paperwork, printing reports, auditing documents and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and keep a clean, safe work area.
