You’ll handle vehicle appraisals, paperwork processing, appointment coordination, and billing review, building lasting customer relationships while upholding CarMax standards of honesty and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports and processing paperwork.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair orders for accurate billing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow EH&S requirements.
