Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Perform vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning and reconciliation.
• Conduct cosmetic inspections to ensure CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks like printing reports and maintaining paperwork.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for accuracy.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and maintain a clean work area.
