Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document for appraisals.
• Manage inventory check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: printing reports, paperwork, and payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for accuracy.
• Follow EHS requirements and maintain a clean work area.
