Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service during sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports and managing paperwork.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
