CarMax is hiring a Customer Specialist in Training in Covington, LA. You will guide customers through buying, selling, or servicing vehicles, support appraisals, paperwork, and repair orders, and learn in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience, balancing needs with CarMax processes and safety guidelines while developing communication and teamwork skills for career growth.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and document findings for appraisals.
• Manage inventory processes including check-in, scanning, and reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks: printing reports, maintaining paperwork, auditing documents, processing payments.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
