Job summary

The position pays hourly between $17.20 and $25.80. A High School Diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers through sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
• Conduct accurate vehicle condition assessments and document details for appraisals.
• Manage vehicle check‑in, daily scanning, and inventory reconciliation.
• Perform cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
• Handle administrative tasks such as printing reports and maintaining paperwork.
• Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices for billing accuracy.
• Follow EH&S requirements and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
